MSc admissions in Physics, Chemistry, Bio and Maths in IITs

The admission announcement has come out for the JAM (joint admission test).

The candidates can also make online application for which the last date is 7th Jan. 2008.

Date of written test is 30th March 2008 (Sunday)

Result declaration on 29th April 2008.

There are more than 600 seats to be filled up in various master’s programs

Some of the master programs are

1. Applied geology

2. Applied Geophysics

3. Applied mathematics

4. Applied Statistics

5. Biotechpnology

6. Chemistry

7. Industrial Mathematics and informatics

8. Masters of Computer applications

and so on.

You are requested to spread a word around particularly in the degree colleges of Himachal Pradesh.

Lets ensure than more and more student appear in this exam.

Otherwise, I have seen that most of our graduates either end up in HP University , Punjab university o at the most Kurukshetra university.

Where they stand a little chance in terms of good career opportunities and better placements.

The nearest test centers are Chandigarh and Amritsar.
